Our services are available to individuals and businesses located in CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of service commencement, subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by RTB Holdings LTD are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may:

• Use materials for personal or business learning purposes
• Not redistribute, sell, or share materials without written permission
• Not reverse engineer or copy our methodologies for commercial use

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Participate actively in training programs
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not disrupt other participants or services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

• Services can be cancelled with 48 hours notice
• Full refunds available within 14 days of service start
• Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of services
• No refunds for completed services or materials already delivered

8. Limitation of Liability

RTB Holdings LTD's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
